Dec 18 (Reuters) - ‍Soo ⁠Kim, ​founder of New York hedge fund ‌Standard General, has been in talks over ‍potentially ‌buying ‍or ‌investing in ​the Warner ‍Bros ⁠Discovery television ⁠networks, ‍the Financial Times reported on Thursday.
