With $1 trillion pay package on the line, Elon Musk blasts influential firms telling shareholders to reject it: 'Those guys are corporate terrorists'

During Tesla's earnings call, Elon Musk criticized proxy advisory firms ISS and Glass Lewis as "corporate terrorists" for their recommendations to reject his $1 trillion pay package. He accused them of lacking understanding and influencing shareholder votes. Musk's proposal was approved by shareholders twice despite the firms' recommendations.
